Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the 678bs platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 678bs platform, including the website, mobile site, all games, betting services, promotions, and customer support. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 678bs ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using 678bs, you accept these Terms without reservation.
These Terms apply to all players who access 678bs from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. 678bs does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
678bs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Eligibility and Age Verification
To register and use 678bs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. 678bs will verify these requirements during the account registration and KYC process and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 678bs does not permit any player under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or claim bonuses on the platform.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as players on 678bs.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- You must not already have an existing account on 678bs. Only one account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 678bs. Players who have applied for self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by re-registering or accessing the platform through any other means.
Warning: 678bs takes age verification seriously. Any account found to be operated by a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.
Account Registration and Verification (KYC)
To access the full features of 678bs — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — you must complete the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Registration is entirely browser-based and does not require an app download.
- During registration, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. This information must match the identity documents submitted during KYC.
- KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document. For Bangladesh players, acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. 678bs may request additional supporting documents at its discretion.
- 678bs reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request pending successful completion of KYC verification. Deposits may be accepted prior to KYC completion, but withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete and approved.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and mobile OTP codes. 678bs will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- 678bs may, at its sole discretion, require enhanced due diligence (EDD) for accounts displaying unusual activity, large transaction volumes, or patterns inconsistent with the player's stated profile. Failure to cooperate with an EDD request may result in account suspension.
Players may not share, transfer, or sell their account to any third party. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts involved. Each player account is personal and non-transferable.
Note: 678bs will never contact you to ask for your password, OTP, or full payment card details. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 678bs that requests these credentials, do not respond and contact 678bs support immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 678bs are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 678bs supports deposits and withdrawals via the major Bangladesh mobile wallet platforms and selected bank transfers. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by 678bs, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own per-transaction limits in line with their own service terms.
- Deposits are credited to your 678bs account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 15 minutes, contact 678bs support with your transaction reference number.
- 678bs accepts deposits only from payment accounts that are registered in the player's own name. Deposits from payment accounts registered to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the payment source.
- 678bs does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees or charges for outgoing transfers. These charges are the player's responsibility and are not controlled by 678bs.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. 678bs will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until their KYC submission has been reviewed and approved by the 678bs compliance team.
- Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during Bangladesh business hours (9am to 9pm BST). Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1 to 3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing enhanced due diligence.
- 678bs reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where an account is under active investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered contact details.
Players are responsible for any taxes applicable to gaming winnings in their jurisdiction. 678bs does not deduct tax at source and does not provide tax advice. Players should consult their own tax adviser regarding their obligations.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
678bs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matter in question.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Bonuses are personal to the player to whom they are issued and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other player or third party. Attempted transfer of bonus entitlements constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- 678bs reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn or cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, 678bs will give reasonable notice where possible before removing the bonus balance.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time per player account unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Players who hold an active wagering requirement on a previous bonus may not claim a new bonus until the previous rollover has been completed or the bonus has been forfeited.
- Seasonal and event-based promotions (for example, BPL season offers, Eid bonus, Pohela Boishakh promotions) are subject to their own individual terms and time limits. These promotions are not indefinitely available and expire on the dates stated in the relevant promotional material.
Important: Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a way designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 678bs will void any bonuses obtained through abuse and reserves the right to close the accounts involved and retain any winnings derived from the abuse.
Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are valid only for the specific game or games stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms. Free spins expire if not used within the time period stated in the promotion.
Responsible Gaming
678bs is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. 678bs operates a strict 21+ age restriction and enforces it throughout the registration and KYC process. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 678bs players free of charge.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log them out. Session limits take effect from the next login after they are set.
- Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, the player will not be able to place further wagers until the period resets.

Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

Fair Play and Game Rules
All games available on 678bs are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These providers maintain independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and publish verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages. 678bs does not operate, develop, or modify game software.

- Players must play for themselves only. Playing on behalf of another person, receiving payment or benefit in exchange for placing bets, and any form of collusion or match-fixing are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 678bs. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, for any purpose including bonus abuse, risk-free arbitrage betting, or circumventing a previous account closure or self-exclusion.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting, screen scraping, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
- Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform to transfer value between parties without genuine gaming activity.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, sharing information about game states in live dealer games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, or any form of chip dumping in poker or table games.
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits made to 678bs. Frivolous or fraudulent disputes will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening 678bs staff members, customer support agents, or other players. 678bs maintains a zero-tolerance policy on abusive behaviour directed at its team members or community.
Warning: 678bs actively monitors accounts for prohibited activity using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited activity is detected, 678bs reserves the right to suspend the account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit any balance, and report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities.
Account Suspension and Termination
678bs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. The following circumstances may lead to account action.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited activity, or failure to cooperate with KYC or EDD verification requests.
- Account inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. 678bs will make reasonable attempts to contact the player at their registered contact details before applying an inactivity policy to the account.
- Player-initiated closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 678bs support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any balance remaining at closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
- Regulatory or legal requirement: 678bs may be required to suspend or close an account to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or instructions from competent authorities. 678bs will act in good faith in such circumstances and will cooperate fully with any lawful authority request.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, voluntary closure or regulatory requirement), any positive balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 678bs platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software interface, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 678bs or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any 678bs content without the prior written consent of 678bs. Unauthorised use of 678bs intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence under applicable copyright law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 678bs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- Any loss of winnings, revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the 678bs platform.
- Any interruption of service, technical failure, server downtime, or data loss affecting the availability or performance of the 678bs platform, where such interruption is beyond the reasonable control of 678bs.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, advice, or content published on the 678bs platform, including game strategy content, promotional descriptions, or customer support guidance that does not constitute a formal contractual commitment.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit 678bs's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection
678bs collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 678bs, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
678bs implements SSL encryption across all platform communications and stores personal data using industry-standard security practices. 678bs will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the platform (for example, payment processing, KYC verification services) or as required by law.
Amendments to These Terms
678bs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. 678bs will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via their registered email address or a platform notification, but is not obliged to do so for minor amendments.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 678bs operates as an online platform and endeavours to comply with the legal framework applicable to its operations.
In the event of a dispute between a player and 678bs, the player must first contact 678bs support and allow a reasonable opportunity for the dispute to be resolved informally. 678bs aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being lodged via the support channel.
